Accreditation

“Admitted” status in the context of accreditation for educational programs, particularly within Accreditation Canada‘s EQual program, indicates that a program has applied for accreditation and the accreditation process is underway. It signifies that the program is actively pursuing accreditation and has met certain initial requirements, but full accreditation has not yet been granted. The “admitted” status is not a permanent state and will expire if the program does not achieve full accreditation within a specified timeframe, usually three years.
