What does the PCP training program cost?
APPLICATION FEE

Once paid the Application Fee is non-refundable, so we encourage potential applicants to thoroughly review the website, attend a live (online) information session and contact our team with any questions prior to making the decision to apply.
PROGRAM COSTS

Term 1 Tuition $4,995
A $500 deposit will continue to be required to confirm acceptance at the time an offer of admission is made.
Balance due 2 weeks prior to the first day of term 1 -

Due on the first day of term 1, includes Course Material Fee and Student Assessment Fee.

Tuition fees are for programs starting August 1, 2025 or later. All fees are reviewed at least annually and are subject to change without notice.
*International student pricing is the same as above, except the total tuition amount is increased to $19,460.
OTHER COSTS
The following must be sourced from third parties. CPA provides an up-to-date list of vendors in acceptance packages to help students source each item.

Nancy Caroline's "Emergency Care In The Streets" (8th Ed.) Avg. $500
e-Book and hardcopy Avg. $500. Students are required to have either the e-book or hardcopy by the first day in-class.

Uniform Shirts Avg. $45/ea
Minimum of 2 uniform shirts are required. 4 crests will be provided by the academy for students to have sewn on.

Uniform Pants Avg. $45/ea
Minimum 1 pair of uniform pants.

Uniform Boots Avg. $50-150
Minimum 1 pair CSA approved boots.
For clothing, students can select their vendors and brands, but they must comply with the Academy Uniform Standard (colour, features, no corporate branding, etc.). Details of the standard can be found in our Applicant Guide and is also included in acceptance offer packages.
Throughout the PCP program, you will be accessing various online resources and documenting aspects of your training electronically. As such, students are required to have either a laptop or tablet equipped with a webcam and microphone during the program to support their learning, along with access to Wi-Fi capable of streaming live video sessions.
